Upgrades

Hey guys! I am currently willing to spend around $700 for some upgrades to my PC, and I was curious to see what I should upgrade to increase my performance. I don't have a terrible computer, mine has an AMD FX 6300 six core processor, a GeForce GTX 750 ti GPU, and 8 gigs of 1833 RAM. I have already located the GPU and CPU that I would like, but I was wondering what should I upgrade out of the three. Thank you guys!
 
Well, would need to know what motherboard and power supply you have first before we can recommend either a video card upgrade or cpu upgrade.
