Upgrading 4 GB to 8 GB?

Hi, I was wondering if there were any good deals out there for the best quality memory upgrade I could for an upgrade to 8 GB memory or more possibly. I'm running on an Alienware m17x R2 with an ATI HD Radeon 5870. My current 4 GB memory has the following specs:
Type: DDR3
Size: 4096 MBytes
Dual Channels

If anyone could suggest a good quality upgrade for my RAM that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

if your not multitasking or such...or running into paging concerns i wouldnt bother...else...sure go for it...

And if you are not video, Photo editing or a CAD program. Your memory is just fine.
