Upgrading 6800GT

I am thinking about upgrading my 6800GT, I have an AMD 64 3200 pushing it. I mainly play Fear, Zero Hour, and UT2004, with some GRAW when I'm not annoyed with the "leader dies game over scenario". I was looking at the x1900GT for $200 but of course I waited and now it's sold out. I'd like to stay around $200 but my max is $300. Any thoughts? Thanks

Oops, I didn't see the MIR on that card when I was searching. I would go with that.
