Upgrading a dell? What!!?

I'm stupid and wasted my money [$1200] on a Dimension E521...little did I know when I bought it that I was an idiot...and that the best card available with my build was a Radeon X1300...

Well I want to upgrade my video card, but I have a few questions first:

1) Should I even bother? Or just keep the money for when I build a new computer in 2 years (that I'm actually going to build myself...no more Dell)

2)If I should upgrade the card, what's the best card that I could get that would be powered by my 305W PSU? Are there any? I'm sure the PSU is cheap ...

P.S. On question 1, I already have the money to build my new one...so it's not like buying a video card would put much of a dent in my budget for my new build.

1) AGP or PCI or PCI-E x16?

2) Dell's are properitery (grr bad spelling). In other words, their PSU's aren't standard. So no, your PSU is not upgradeable. Sorry man. You gonna have to stick with it.

Well I can't get a new psu, so I'm stuck with the one I have now....so suggestions on cards that will work with my crappy psu that I currently have would be nice.. (and theres no way the 8800gts is gonna work with my current psu lol)
 
GFX yes. As for how much you can upgrade, probably not alot. Look into the 8600GT's. Lots less power sucking than the ATI's.

ic.....well (if i even decide to do this...) would it work? I read something about the psu being atx and some e521s being btx or something like that?

I kinda understand but not fully...
