upgrading a psu and a graphics card for a hpa6110n

I was wanting to upgrade my HPa6110n computer to a better PSU and a better graphics card. I want to be able to at the least run FS2004 at max or close to max. and possibly FSX. I am willing to spend between $300-$500 dollars. Thanks for your help!

if it's got that cpu i know it won't even come close to maxing fsx, and idk what fs2004 wants, but any form of graphics card over a 6770 will prob be bottlenecked. you might want to save up a little more and do a full build. but right now for 500 and reuse that hdd (prices are inflated from flooding, although bestbuy still has good prices if needed) you can build a good computer and put in a better gpu later on.
