Upgrading cpu heatsink

I have a gateway S-5200d im looking to upgrade the heat sink. I recently bought a cooler master tx3 as it said it fit lga 775 but when i got it the brackets are no where near wide enough to fit the mother board screw holes. My mother board is a WMEOEMD945GPBG1 - Intel (Putton Bay) 945G Motherboard. Ive yet to find anywhere that can help me find a dirct match for my setup if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. Im looking for a stand up cooler like the tx3 with a max highth of 150mm.

From what I can find out, the motherboard is made specifically for Gateway and may be proprietary where it has nothing common with other boards thus making upgrades/mods a nightmare.

It's a Gateway motherboard, so you're out of luck.
