Upgrading fans on CM Hyper TX3

I'm going to buy 2 new 92mm fans for my TX3 to use in push/pull, but I don't know which ones.

I'll be buying from PC Case Gear, here's a list of all their 92mm fans:

Help me choose the ones that move the most airflow while keeping quiet

I think that Bomberboysk recommended the Noctua NF-B9 92mm Fan or the 120mm version to someone else a while ago.

I'd go with the F9 PWM fans and run a splitter off the CPU fan header.

I can't afford two of the noctua ones right now what's the next best?
