Upgrading from laptop to a desktop

Oke: my comment was so because on my neighbors computer, he doesn't see more then 20GB getting used in Sony Vegas. :confused:
 
Update

I dropped the water cooling and got a fan for my cpu, I am happy with all of my parts and I just ordered it today. Thank you guys for all of the help, I hope it doesn't break during shipping like it did last time. Cheers! :)
