Upgrading from Phenom II x6 1055t Black

Hey guys, this is my first post here and I'm not generally a 'know-it-all' in terms of building computers so forgive me if I say something stupid. I was looking to upgrade my CPU from the Phenom II x6 1055t to one of the AMD FX x8 CPUs. I realise I need to buy a new motherboard aswell with the AM3+ slot. So could someone advise me a combo I could get for around £200? I don't know whether its worth buying a better CPU and a cheaper motherboard or vice versa. Thanks

If you do not overclock, i5 4460 with ASRock Z97M Anniversary

If you are overclocking and assuming you have video card, FX8320 with ASRock 990FX Extreme3 and Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

I have a MSi Radeon 270x 4gb GPU. So yeah I'll think I'll go for the latter, thanks.

Also I've wondered what makes Intel more expensive, from the looks of things AMD offers more power for a significantly lower price. Aside from intel offering intergrated graphics on their CPUs, is there any other differences that would make me consider Intel over AMD? Everything the FX8320 offers appears better.

Another thing is: what importance does buying a more expensive MB have?

Basically the Intel architecture is WAY more efficient than the AMD and will destroy the AMD on things that use fewer cores/threads. I've got an 8320 and it tears through any game I play so it works great for me.
