Upgrading, good gaming parts?

Im upgrading my computer because i want to play games with higher settings.
Now, are these parts compatible, and good for gaming?

Mobo: nForce 650i Ultra, DDR2, SATAII

Cpu: Intel Core 2 Duo E6850

Gpu: 8600GTS PCIE 256M 2X DVI HDCP

RAM: Transcend JetRam 2GB Dual Channel Kit (2 x 1GB) DDR2 800MHz 240-pin DIMM

all parts compatible, but I suggest:
Q6600
GA-P35-DS3L or GA-P31-DS3L

Also make sure your PSU can handle all these

Your graphics will gonna games till date at high setting but it's not future proof

Nope. Everything's fine till ya get to the gfx... Try an 8800GT or an GTS...

You can get Corsair XMS2 DDR2 - 800 @ Newegg for $46 after rebates!
