Upgrading GPU?

So I've heard stories that if/when you upgrade your GPU, you can have some issues with bottlenecking. I have an Evga GTX 560, and I want to upgrade to an Evga GTX 670 FTW. Would I have any problems with:

AMD Phenom II x4 965 Black @ 3.5 GHz
8GB Corsair Vengeance @ 1600.

Should do fine, but would go for a 7950

Yea 7950 for the price over 670, but if you are looking to spend over 350 then I'll suggest 7970.

Personally, I would try overclocking that processor. Either way, the upgrade will work. Depends on a lot of variables to determine a bottleneck (which you do have).

Get the 7950 and overclock your Phenom.

Thanks for the help guys, but I've already decided on the 670 FTW. Partly because I prefer nVidia over AMD, and partly because I'm an EVGA fanboy
