upgrading graphics card advice

hi i am running a 6800 gt agp card and i want to upgrade to a pci card i have picked a new mobo i just need advice on wihch card to get i play alot of games oblivian is the reason for the upgrade , the cards i am looking at are the 79000gtx oc i can afford one of these the mobo i have got is sli ready so i can always get another if its worth doing in a month or two ,
or should i go for 2x 7800gt cards if anyone has got a better solution or any advice please help my budget is £ 350 thanks.
 
not sure i would go for a 7900 card heard alot of people complain about them...to run oblivion maxed im sure you would need 2 cards from what i've seen and heard anyway
 
You would probably be better off with the 2 7900gt's although performance will be neck and neck you can pick up 7900gt's for as low as $250 a piece so $500 total save $50.
