upgrading graphics

So I got a free desktop from work which I setup as a family computer. Currently I have a 1366x766 lcd monitor hooked up to the Dell listed in my specs. I am wanting to put in a 1920x1080 lcd in here soon but my son likes playing minecraft on there and I like playing Dota 2 but I am worried at the higher resolution the nvidia 9500 GT won't be able to handle.

What is the best nvidia graphics I could put in this computer and what kind of psu would I need.

That GT630 won't do crap. You'll want to look into replacing the PSU and getting something like a GTX 660Ti.

Will a 660Ti work with my motherboard?

What much power do I need on the psu? 600w?

600W would be fine. And yes, it will work with your motherboard.

Mostly any graphics card will work with your motherboard. I did a similar upgrade to my dads computer. For him, it was a corcair cx600 and an EVGA GTX 760, but you could go with cx500 and a GTX 759TI
