Upgrading hard drive on a ASUS M5000 Laptop

I am using an Ergo Microlite 3 which is simular to the ASUS M5000

Can the hard drive be upgradable?

the laptop should be upgradeable, if it is still under warranty you will probably have to send it back to the manufacturer to have it done, but if it is not under warranty you will be able to do it yourself.

I can't upgrade the hard drive. Ergo said that I have to get a USB hard drive. Which one is the best?
