Hey,

Just got an thinkpad T41 for cheap and am quite pleased with it, here is the product overview --->

Mine is the version with the 32MB RADEON 7500, and has also had a memory upgrade (stuck in a gig).

Is there any way I can upgradethe graphics within this, eg. could i put in the radeon 9000 or anything better, would this even make much of a difference?

thanx in advance,

its kidna hard to find graphics cards for laptops , bc they all have different shapes to fit there laptop housing, but there are some out there that are universal. but it will be hard to find

If you could find that Radeon 9000 offered with that laptop, then sure... It's probably not soldered onboard so it shouldn't be too difficult to upgrade...the hard part simply finding the correct card. You'd probably be better off finding an old busted TP like yours with the 9000 in it.
