Hello anyone who can help me. I brought a 800mhz fsb cpu but my motherboard only supports 533/400mhz fsb. So now I need a new motherboard but I just brought 2 1gig ddr ram chips. I need to know if I can still use these on a new motherboard that also supports 2gigs of ddr. I brought the chips online and it said memory upgrade for ge pro-m2/ge pro-HT Rev3.0. Does that mean these two motherboards only because neither supports a 800mhz fsb cpu. I'm thinking as long as the new 800mhz fsb motherboard supports at least 2gigs of DDR333/266/200 184 Pin PC2700 (which is what the ram chips are) than i'm all clear. Is this true?

Your memory will work in most motherboards that are ddr compatible. What processor do you have so we can give you some recommendations on the motherboard to get?
