Upgrading my computer?

Alright so I'm in need a little bit of help.


- I'm currently using a PC that's not really "up to date" with current games like
"Dead Island" or "Call of Duty: Black Ops" and the "Modern Warfare" titles. I'm so
bored of playing low end games on my PC. So I want to upgrade it but I'm not so
sure where to start, or what's compatible with my computer so can I get help?


I'll post a link below of my specifications right now, but for the moment. What does
it take to be able to run games such as the ones I listed off, and how much would it
cost? I'll have around 200 dollars, but I'm not sure if that's even enough so yeah

i think your going to be making a new computer if you want to be playing up to date games with good graphics

i would ask what's your exact comp model, but on that socket a good enough cpu will take almost the full 200 for a core 2 duo, then if you want a gpu, if that dated of a system has a pci-e x16, that'd be another 70-80 just to be getting low settings, ~180 to get highs and maxes, and ~230 to max everything out now and over until next year, best bet would be to save up a good bit more, say 400-500 then you can get something good going with a new mobo, cpu, ram, gpu, prob case too.
