Upgrading my GPU, 150$ Budget

Hola peeps, I need help with upgrading my PC's GPU for upcoming games like GW2. I played the GW2 Beta, and I was able to play it on low-mid settings, but I'm hoping to get a new GPU to be able to play it on Mid-high settings or even maximum settings, and to be able to play Dota 2 or any other upcoming video-game which requires a good PC.

My PC specs:
CPU:Intel Core i7 2600 3.40 GHz

Motherboard:Intel® Desktop Board DH67CL

RAM: 8 GB DDR3

Graphic Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 520 , 2 GB

I believe that I don't really need to upgrade anything else and it's pretty good as it is, is what I'm saying correct ? If it is, then which GPU do you advise me to get, my budget is 150 bucks, have any ideas ? Also if you do indeed have a GPU in mind which will be able to play upcoming games perfectly and smoothly, then I'd appreciate it if you could link me to the GPU itself via Ebay or Amazon, not Newegg because sadly, Newegg doesn't ship globally :(
Thank you in advance, and I appreciate any help.

okay, what power supply do you have? and what is your location globally? that will allow us to find one local to you. In teh 150USD to play upcoming games you would be in the used 6950/5870/470/480 range if your power supply can handle it.

I think you'd need a new PSU too going by that. The power supply is 'Pentium 4/AMD'? Because those are processors, not power supplies.

Ah, I didn't know that, then how do I know what kinda power supply I have ? All I know that on the power supply itself it says 'Supports upto 500 W' and 'Pentium 4/AMD'

Edit: Also I have another power supply which supports up to 550 W, the name on the box itself is 'Switching Power Supply LGA' , the one currently in my PC which is 500 W has 'UMAX Switching Mode Power Supply' written on it.

You need a new power supply I think. would that also be part of your 150 buck budget?

No I was only thinking of getting a new GPU with the 150$ budget, but since I need to get a new PSU I'll have to add some bucks on the budget itself I guess.

OK well I'd recommend getting a Corsair CX 600 power supply and for 150 bucks you could get a Radeon HD 6850, that'd probably be your best bet with a $150 budget for the GPU.

Where are you going to buy this stuff from? Are there are any good hardware stores in Qatar?

So, what do you say Vistakid ? Or anyone else reading this ? The GPU and PSU I found on Amazon are they worth the money or are there any others which are better but the same price / cheaper ?
