Upgrading my graphics card

Hi all,

im in need of some advice....

I want to update my pc.
Im not going to change the processor at the moment so i was wondering which is the best graphics card out there for my system at the moment?

Technical Information:
Processor:AMD Athlon XP 2400+ 2000MHz
Memory (RAM):512MB
Mainbroad: K7S8X
Video Card:NVIDIA GeForce4 MX420
Operating System: Windows XP SE
Hard Drive: 40GB

I can spend no more then 60 English Pound Sterling.

would that be about 111USD?? I would assume your motherboard is agp, so i think you can get a x1600pro, which is around 110 bucks in the US, but im not sure how much it sells for in the UK.
