Upgrading my hp touchsmart 11 processor

Hey guys I just wanted to know if I could upgrade my hp's processor because it is soo slow if so I would like to upgrade it to an amd a10. My specs for the computer I will post below.

Processor: AMD A4-1250 APU with Radeon(TM) Graphics 1.00ghz

RAM: 4.00gb

System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Pen and touch: Full Windows Touch Support with 10 touch points

And I'm running windows 8.1
