Upgrading my PC - parts inspection

Hey guys,
Finally got some money to upgrade my computer with, and I've compiled a list of parts here. Just wanted somebody else to inspect them and make sure I didn't miss something important :P

Basically, I have a case and an EVGA GTX 660, but everything else in my PC sucks mutant gorilla balls and I want to replace those components with these:

CPU/HDD combo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.1396573

Motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128514

Memory: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148544

PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139028

Heatsink: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103065

Thermal compound: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835100014

Thoughts? Would like to order this stuff by tomorrow :D

Get the 8320 (or 8350, same chip, different stock clocks) over the 8150. 8150 is old news and was replaced by the 8350.

Good HDD choice, that's what I have.

Get the Cooler Master 212 Evo, better and more efficient design.

Motherboard is good but possible overkill, could save some money here if desired by dropping to a 970 chipset.

Get RAM in dual channel mode so 2, 4 Gig sticks. Will be faster that way.

PSU is meh. I'd recommend the Corsair CX 600, kind of the standard recommend any more it seems. Cheaper and plenty of power, with better quality.

SATA 3 cable isn't needed, motherboard should come with what you need.

What's your case that you already have?

MSI 970A G46 motherboard. Newer version of what I have and I have a friend that uses it. Had no problems with it. Running a pretty hefty overclock since last December and boots up every time. :D

Not sure about the price difference. I have the Plus, not the Evo and it works just fine. If you want to save the money then just get the Plus. It's no slouch by any means and cools my heat machine known as a Phenom II.

Case isn't fantastic but it should fit the 212. If you have some money left over in your budget you might want to consider, a case, if not, what you have will work.

Seeing a lot of bad reviews about that motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130637
Sure it's a good one?

Good to know about the 212. I am considering getting a newer case, not sure yet though. This is the one I was sorta considering: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119265

I've had no trouble with the two I've used, the average review is 4 out of 5 eggs, but a lot of the recent ones aren't great.

Keep in mind if you're ever wanting to do SLI or Crossfire, you're going to want a board that preferably has 2 x16 slots, which neither of the ones I'm recommending do.

This is another option http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128627

The board you've picked is fine, but if you want to save some money you could do one of those.
