Upgrading My PC

Hello!
I was kinda wondering how I should go about upgrading my "gaming" rig...
The current specs are:
GTX 750ti
Pentium g3258 (OC tune in progress)
ARCTIC Alpine 11 GT Rev. 2 Cooler
Socket 1150 Mini ATX mobo (One PCI-E slot)
16 Gigs of DDR3 Memory

I am thinking of upgrading either my:
GPU: It has to be a half height card as it is a small case
CPU: i5, something quad core...

 
You may end up needing a midtower case so you can get a bigger video card in there. You will need a double slot card to play more demanding games.

The problem is, the whole point of stuffing all of that hardware in a small case was to make it a portable LAN box/Light Desktop.
I was thinking of upgrading to an i5, as it is hard to find a good small formfactor gpu (do you have any suggestions? :P)
 
GPU - best low profile card I've seen si GTX 750 ti
i5 - yes
may be ssd?
Case - what size is your psu? If it is atx, you can consider something like silverstone SG08/ cooler master 110. If it is SFX psu, get sliverstone ML07/ RVZ01/ RVZ02
