Upgrading My Vid Card

i have a 7950gt and its a bit outdated and i found this card on newegg and was wondering if it would be a decent upgrade.And also do i need Vista to run this card??

Looks like it would be a good upgrade, and no you dont need vista to run it(although dx10 would complement it nicely).
