Hey guys, my laptop has a GT540M in it and it's not a great card, I'm just wondering if this card will be removable, and whether I can replace it with a better card? Currently It has two cards, a built in one it uses on low power and another (the GT540m) it uses when gaming etc.

Cheers guys,

To my knoweldge no, it is more like a chip as far as I know verses a actual graphics card like in a desktop. So even lets say you had they right tools to put in a chip graphics card, The real question is where to buy those gpu in good shape and further more finding out the specs of the mother board to see if it will support it.

Basically a lot of work for little gain.

If you want to laptop game as always recommended is do lite gaming and have a gaming rig desktop for the more seriouse stuff.
