Upgrading pc need help

Ok I'm upgrading my pc and I was either planning getting a motherboard and cpu bundle when the prices go down or upgrading mobo case psu at the same time. These are the things I plan on getting: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128050

And maybe a $7 blue led fan. (scrapping the fans out of mine). Or will my current stuff be able to hold it? (pc info in signature) I need suggestions/help! I currently only have $226 saved up I'll have another $20 or more next week so i will be able to get the case stuff etc. PSU currently is a 400 watt don't know brand.
 
The psu is one part of the pc that you wanna get a good quality product even if it means going over budget.

You should take a look at corsairs. They make some nice psu's.

Learn some things hpi, that psu is enough for what he wants unless he plans to sli or add a 8800ultra
 
So I geuss I'll go for the mobo psu and case instead of the mobo and cpu combo I don't play anything that utilizes those anyway, but until crysis comes out I'm stickin with my p4 lol
