upgrading ram, unsure of compatibility

I'm looking to upgrade my pc with more ram but am not sure about what make would be compatible with my motherboard, any help would be nice...

I want about a gig of ram(single stick or two sticks) in the price range of about 100-150 euro/dollars

Attached i have information from cpuz about my pc, which i hope makes more sense to you than it did to me...

Oh and i'm also lookin to get a new video card, same problem as above, same price range maybe more...any help greatly appreciated, thanks

your board support ddr400 (pc3200) even though at the moment it only has PC2100.
You should pick up 2 sticks of 512mb ram. Such as cosair value should be ok

as for graphics card, well you need agp. And with that budget you looking at

There are 2 types of video cards, AGP and PCI (Express). Usually there are motherboards that are compatible with only AGP or with both AGP and PCI. So if your motherboard doesn't allow PCI then you have to get an AGP video card.
