Upgrading the processor?

OK i have a oldy but goody computer but recently i purchased StarCraft2 and need a lil upgrade i started with an ATI Radeon HD4350 vid card and now im looking into purchasing a new processor. I have a EMachines T6522 with an AMD 64 3500+ athlon 200gb HD 1024MB: Could someone please give me some good advice on a processor to get and or let me know if I need to replace the motherboard any help would be great.. You might as well start saving your money and build a new system as you are running a socket 939 motherboard with ddr memory. In order to really upgrade, you would need new motherboard, processor, memory, new case and power supply, video card and a new Operating System. Gonna cost you around 500-600 bucks.
