Upgrading to SSD, Win 7 questions.

I have been contemplating upgrading to a SSD. Currently I run 2 HDD's, one for the OS and programs, and the other for media. If I was to ditch the HDD with the OS and programs would I have to buy a new copy of Win 7 64bit because the key has already been used?

This is something I have never ran across with any of my builds, what are my options here? I would like to just have a fresh install of Win 7 on the SSD, and not have to clone my current HDD if I don't have to.

The SSD will only be used to run the OS and one key game in the future (BF3), the other HDD will be used for programs and media.
 
Try the key and see if it works. If it doesn't, you just need to call Microsoft's support line and tell them you are reformating and they'll give you another key.
