Upgrading to Vista Ultimate

My vista home premium is in Spanish. If I upgrade to Ultimate and change the language to English, this facility is n.ot available in Premium, will it change the language on all of my preloaded software
 
the OS being installed will not affected retail software. if you want other languages for other software you have to install the pack and change in settings.
