Upgrading Video card on my laptop

Hey i have a Dell Lattitude D620 with Intel intergrated 950 graphics. I was wondering if any of you know if it is possible to upgrade the graphics card. I have been told by some people that it is NOT possible, however some people have told me that it IS possible with some DELL laptops.

Any help would be very appreciated.

I doubt that you can. The only laptops that let you change the video card are probably the high-end models, the ones that cost $2000 and up.
