Upgrading?

Can any motherboard go for any laptop computer? If my laptop has intel graphics card built into the motherboard, can I upgrade it by replacing the motherboard and get like an ati graphics card?

notebooks or pretty much not upgradeable. Maybe ram, hard disk and sometimes the processor. But mobo is not interchangable.

i have taken a few laptops to bits and lets just say "DON'T EVEN TRY"!!

i think you have a large chance of damaging something trying to take the laptop apart to get to the mobo
