I have ASUS M2N-E motherboard, I see it has 4 DDR2 RAM slots but last two of them doesn't work i don't know what happened, i wanted to upgrade my RAM capabilities since i do heavy graphics work, are their 4 or 8 GB DDR2 RAM available coz searching the net i only find 2GB DDR2 RAM but in my office the computers are havigb 24GB RAM i dont know what motherboard they are though..

also i would want to send on ugrading the Processor currently i am on AMD Athlon x64 X2 5200+. So, can i upgrade it to AMD Phenom II X4 965 ? :)

That board has a 3 year warrantee, if the last 2 slots don't work then rma it back to asus for replacement or upgrade. Yes the new processor will work on that board but you must update bios to 5001

A standard office pc does not need 24gb of ram. However, if you did CAD or memory intensive apps then yes more ram is better.

The motherboard you have is only capable of 8gb of memory. As new motherboards come out they will be able to handle more and more memory.

If you truly need 24gb of memory then I would recommend a new build that has DDR3 memory.

If you want to upgrade to 965, you still have to buy a new motherboard. And are you running dual channel memory. If so, you needed to use the 0 and3 slots to do it. I had the same board.
