im just looking for some suggestions on things to upgrade to make WoW run as smoothly as possibly, but also on a rather cheap budget (around 300$)

This really tells us nothing... I tried to find some info on the machine but very little is listed... There's nothing that shows what graphics slot you have or what GPU your using.

In reality, a mchine this age, it's probably best just to start saving for a new one. I feel quite sure you could upgrade the video some way, you could add more RAM, and possibly a new processor. However, in the end it'd probably end up being just a little more to get a much better system.
