Upgrading..

Ok well I was planning on a new build completely, but thats not going to happen.. and I was just thinking to upgrade my PSU and buy a top of the line AGP video card for gaming.. such as this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102071 .. unless you can find a better one for less than $200 ..

And I was wondering if this would be the most obvious choice in increasing my FPS in games?.

if you are going to beef up the vid card I would suggest also stepping up to 2gigs of RAM and a bigger PSU

you'll see a significan boost by getting that video card. I know from experience because i got a major boost when i went from my 9550 128meg card to my current radeon x1600 512 meg card (which is still slower than the one you're buying) so you should see a good sized jump. More system ram couldn't hurt either.
