Uploading & redirecting FREE NO ADS ? [help plz ]

hey,
i am looking somewhere to upload a site a made out of a template that must be without any ads and free!!
and somewhere to redirect my url to msth (better) shorter again with no ads
and free

for the first i used geocities but it has that banner on the right (i am thinking of angelfire)
and for redirecting i dont know ... help plz

How much space do you need? and how much bandwith do you plan on using? I recently got a new host myself(payed) and it should all be setup by the end of the day, ifyou dont need that much space i may be able to give you some, it would be a sub-domain.

i will upload templates file at about 270kb thats all i need or maybe i will add a few small pics :/
i need a decent bandwith too :/

EDIT: ok i managed to upload my site to freewebs with no ads..
so now i need somewhere where i can redirect my url to smth better and shorter
i used to know a 8m.com service but that doesnt seem to work right.. now soo help plz
