Uppgrading Video Card GPU

Is it Possible for me to uppgrade to a gtx 260 in there?
And btw the PSU is only 300W What happens if the 260 Aint getting ebough power Will it break? Please i need help :D

My friend is getting a 7970 and im stuck with a 4650. So i am taking his old 260.

Will it fit on my motherboard?
Will my Computer Handle it?
Can it run on 300 Watt untill i get more?

gtx 260 requirements:
Minimum of a 500 Watt power supply.
(Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 36 Amp Amps.)
Two available 6-pin Molex hard drive power dongles

ideas = put card aside, buy new power supply

I wouldnt be too happy yet, as we dont know if you have enough room in your case , i read the reviews on newegg and many people had trouble not having enough room in there case for the length of the card
so make sure and measure the inside of the case near the pci-express slot and see if anything sticks out near the slot,like a hardrive cage.
