UPS with power surge

I bought a new system (assembled) before 1 month with following configuration:

Intel i5 processor, Intel DB85FL mother board, 4GB DDR3 RAM, 1TB Seagate Sata Hard disk, 24x LG DVD writer, 21.5” Dell monitor.

I am using ADSL2 + Router (power rating: 10V DC@550mA)

Power fluctuation is very high in my house from 6 pm to 5 am daily. I am using the system for 10 to 12 hrs/day.

Requirments:
1) I want to protect my system & modem from power fluctuation.
2) I need power backup (5 to 15 minutes) during power cut
3) My budget is around Rs.2500/-

Please suggest me a best suitable UPS with power surge (let me know if more details needed). Thanks.

The wattage wouldn't need to be super high for that kind of runtime, but please note that load does not scale linearly with runtime. As far as surge you'd want either a line-interactive or online/double-conversion type of UPS.

I use one of these for my server and network which has been pretty solid over the past year and a half.

If you have an active PFC power supply you'd probably want to go with a pure sine unit.
