Alright guys,

For some reason, I keep getting viruses out of nowhere. I reformat my computer, and then several days later, my anti-virus stops working, my IE is disabled, MSN screws up, my computer slows down, and other stuff.

Now, coincidentally, whenever this happens, it always happens after my brother uses my computer. He has reasons for attempting to sabotage my computer, but I won't get into that.

What I used to do was create my account as computer administrator. However, somehow, he can create a new account nonetheless!

One question - how in the world can he do this? Is there any way for me to prevent him from doing this?

Also, is there some program out there that can log what he does while using my computer (installing programs, transfers files, e.t.c.) that is free, and one that he can't find out about?

If he boots the pc in safe mode he can bypass the password and get into your pc. What antivirus are you using?

ya, he probably goes into the admin account in safemode, I suggest you put a password on it. Yes there are freeware that will track, however, most AV and Antispyware programs will detect it and kill it. Start with password protecting all accounts, including the admin account...

its only my opinion but norton is a system hogger and not that good,
try avg the free version combined with zonealarm firewall also free, you will need to uninstall norton to use these
