Urgent! Need Help! (Solved)

I had best buy's geek squad install an ADM radeon graphics card. They installed it along with my current integrated intel graphics. I tried to see if I could play this game that kept crashing on my computer and it still crashes. I couldn't even get into my ADM settings it said something like graphic driver wasn't installed even though it was. So I went to the BIOS and disabled integrated display and now when I turn on my computer my monitor won't show anything. I've read that I need to reset the BIOS but in order to do that I would have to get inside the computer, which I'm afraid to do. The earliest I could get it back to best buy is Monday afternoon and I just can't wait that long. What should I do? Is there a way I can fix the computer without getting into the hardware?

Did you plug the monitor into the card's port instead of the onboard one?

Also, what exactly happens when "the game crashes"?

Thanks so much. Plugging the monitor to the graphics card port worked. When the game loads for the first time that is when it crashes. I'm going to see if now that I have display again if the game still crashes.

Update
I figured out what was causing the game to still crash. The latest updates were somehow causing the game to crash when loading. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled the game without the latest updates and it works now.
