I have one of those cards. I had a "no signal" problem just yesterday when I added a fan to the card.
To fix it, I had to make double-sure the monitor plug was inserted completely into the card and screwed down tightly. If it was loose at all, it would not work.

but i tried it alot times it still the same...

Can you try another monitor? If the second monitor also has "No Signal", then the video card is dead.
If the second monitor works, then your ViewSonic isn't working.

Which VGA socket are you using? I always have to use the one on the LEFT, as you face the rear of the computer.
