URGEnT OS HELP NEEDED HERE, admins needed

now I'm running a simple file server on the network (win server 2003 standard).
It was just setup up recently.
and within 4 hours time i got a BSOD and this

that's the thing that showed up when i looged it, asking me why did the computer restart un-expectedly.
I have many users hanging on this computer and it's really affecting there work when the pc collapses.
the server runs backup at 4.10pm, one at 5pm and one at 12pm daily.

any ideas ?

update::

I signed up with Microsoft and got 2 major updates, link sent via email but not available on the website (Windows server hotfixes).
i will apply them tomorrow and see if this patches up the system.
I'm also in the process of downloading server Sp1. Seems that would help

getting error again

as you can see the last error was friday, and the new one is monday here's the full thing

I haven't applied the updates I got from mail yet.
anyone ?
