Is it ok to use a usb 2.0 storage pen with my computer, which only has usb 1.1 sockets? Or would I be better upgrading the computer to usb 2.0?

I don't think this will make a problem, as most USB 2.0 devices work normally with USB 1.1, the difference I believe is the port speed, nothing more nothing less.
