USB 2.0 acting weird...

Okay, I started a thread related to this awhile ago about my USB 2.0 not working.... well, I got did get that working, but now.... My USB ports are really acting ghey and its really starting to piss me off...VERY FRUSTRATING...

OKAY, heres the deal.... I'm just movin my mouse around, browsing stuff, ect ect... And then my mouse stops working. Then I hear it reconnect again...and this happens ALL the time...And sometimes, it just stops working all together and I get an "USB unrecognized" Error then I have to unplug my mouse, then plug it back in. BUT...this doesnt happen when its just sitting there and i'm not moving it. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?????!?!?!?!?

I've tryed automatically updating my USB drivers, but still no luck with that

Please help... This is extremely!!! Annoying Why??? PLEASE HELP....

if you haven't already try checking the connection of the wires inside the case.
