usb 2.0 usb 3.0 driver question

I'm downloading all of my motherboard drivers here: http://206.108.48.60/app/en/mb/introduction.php?S_ID=546&tab=2
and I noticed there was no driver for the usb 2.0 controller for a win7x64 OS. There was only a 3.0 driver. Do I only need the 3.0?

2.0 drivers are already installed when you install the chipset drivers. If you want to use USB 3.0, then you need to install the drivers.
