USB 3.0 hub not working

I have bought a Transcend TS-USB3K hub. It is not working. I have tried downloading drivers from their website but... well... there aint no drivers on their website. So I browsed the internet for the drivers, also for generic drivers for USB-3.0 hubs, couldn't find them.

I only have USB2.0 devices but they should work (backwardcompatibility). The device manager also says it doesn't have drivers installed.

It is plugged into a usb-3 port
Running on windows 7 ultimate.
 
Providing you have your usb 3.0 driver installed for your motherboard, the hub will just install.
 
Still not working

I have installed my motherboard's USB3 drivers, but it still is not working :(

Motherboard:
Z86X-D3H Gigabyte motherboard
