I took some pictures, then plugged my card reader in, and no I don't get a thing 
I don't recall when I last had it working. A week ago, maybe two. No drivers or anything are required, as with most devices like this.
I get the "chime" when I plug the device in, but that's all. No activity, nothing under computer management, nothing under my computer, and nothing under the "Safely remove hardware" dialog...
Any ideas? I did a system restore, but I'd rather not go too much farther back if at all possible. I just tried my camera directly plugged into the computer and it works. This is fine and dandy, but I do prefer to just use the card reader...
