USB connection ?

i am currently using vga. i don't have a dvi card, yet. monitor has a usb in, and desktop has usb out. would this make for better graphics, and is it plug & play ?

interesting. i wonder why they would put that, for audio, along side a regular plug. hmmmm

If you have a Samsung Syncmaster monitor the USB can be used for linking two monitors without using your graphics card, it has a Displaylink chip built into it. So one VGA/DVI cable from your graphics card to one monitor and then USB to USB on the second monitor.
Otherwise the USB port is a bog standard for fllash drives etc.
