USB infected?

Hello everyone. So here is the story. One of my computers got infected with a virus. There was some stuff I saved onto my usb drive before I erased the whole thing (it's erasing right now). When I plugged my usb into my laptop, AVG pops up and says multiple threat detection and it lists all the infections. Everytime I do it, there are a different number of infections. Here is an example:

C:\Windows\system32\drivers\brfiltlo.sys
Trojan horse Agent_r.G
Detected on open

I deleted all the files off my usb drive and plugged it in ago. Same thing came up! And there is always more than one infection, usually around 10, had up to 30.

Anyone have an idea what is going on, and what I can do to solve this? Thanks!!!!

Plug your USB drive in and run a scan on that drive only (MAKING SURE YOUR FIREWALL IS ON) and remove any threats that can harm your computer using your Anti-Virus
