USB Internet Modems Question,how much does it cost to top up?

I`m thinking of getting a USB internet modem for my birthday and am wandering how much does it cost to top up?
Is it like certain amounts, say like i put a £5 on i`ll get say 500mb worth? or is it different.

it seems like you are asking if there is a limit. it depends on the company. some have a limit here in the US and others do not. for instance i pay $50 for cable tv and cable internet with no limit. i have a friend that pays the same for a satellite internet and he has a limit to how much he can use each day (which i think is a rip off). usb modems can be anything tho. that is another problem i think i am haveing with your question. cable internet modems, dsl internet modems, usb wifi, and maybe a dial up usb modem.
 
I think they are referring to a wireless broadband card, I have the Verizon Wireless USB card for my laptops when I am not home, I got the 5GB limit and pay $55 a month ( I get a discount tho though work ), In that case, You will have to look at the service providers in your area to find out how much it will cost.
