Hi all,
I have this stupid little annoying problem. I have this cheap IBM USB mouse. Every time I turn on the computer, it's not even detected (the laser doesn't even shine). I have to unplug it and replug it, and then it works perfectly. It's done this on multiple computers. What could be causing that to happen I wonder?
